Ms Donna-Maria Cullen  

Donna is an Executive Director of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and has spent over 25 years in business management. 

Donna was previously with Chime plc and was Deputy MD of Good Relations. She specialised in the field of corporate and financial communications and marketing, having also worked in public affairs. Early major campaigns included the privatization of BP, Thames Water and AEA Technology. She advised the Club over a period of 14 years prior to joining the Board in 2006, Donna currently oversees the Club's Planning Consultations, Communications, Content and Marketing departments.

She graduated from the University of Cape Town in 1984 with a double Masters in Politics and English.

Donna is a trustee of the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation which undertakes Educational programmes.

ms Monica Duncan 

Monica Duncan is Principal at Duke’s Aldridge Academy. She joined the governing body after taking up headship in January 2009. She was a Headteacher in Lewisham for 8 years before coming to Haringey.

She has worked in education for most of her working life. Her teaching career began in Birmingham, then Coventry and Duke’s Aldridge Academy is her third London school.

Monica is passionate about education and enjoys the challenges of headship in urban schools. Her personal mantra is ‘where there is a will, there is a way’.

Nicholas was educated at Whitgift School, Croydon. After contemplating a career as a professional singer, Mr Hewlett decided to complete a PGCE at the Institute of Education, leading him to take his first teaching job at Dulwich College. After three years, he was made Head of Geography at Magdalen College School, Oxford where, over the next five years, he was given additional responsibilities as a Housemaster, Contingent Commander of the CCF and Director of the annual Arts Festival.

In 2011, Mr Hewlett was employed as part of a team that set-up and led a flagship school on the island of Jeju, South Korea, under the banner and guidance of North London Collegiate School.

Jane became the first female Head of Alleyn’s School, Dulwich, in January 2021 having been Head of Wimbledon High School from 2014 to 2020. She was previously at Wellington College and Prior’s Field Schools in a variety of roles: Head of English, Assistant Director of Studies, Head of Sixth Form, Deputy Pastoral and Housemaster’s wife, before becoming Senior Deputy at Wellington in 2010.

Jane attended the University of Bristol (English) and the North London Collegiate School. Jane began her career in marketing and research before taking up teaching. She has a broad experience of both single-sex and co-educational environments; helped set up The Sunday Times / Wellington College Annual Education Festival and has run (and spoken at) numerous workshops and conferences. Jane is also a Governor of Newland House School and King Edward’s School Witley, is a Trustee of the Royal SpringBoard Foundation and a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company Education Committee.

Dayo is a Audit Manager & Head of Audit at the Government Internal Audit Agency. He has worked in Internal Audit across various government departments and Agencies for over 15 years providing audit and assurance service on governance, risk management and internal control. During this period, he has been seconded as a consultant, Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager on various government projects. Prior to moving to audit, he worked as an Accountant and Finance Business Manager.

Dayo is a Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and Chartered Internal Auditor (MIIA). He graduated from Middlesex University with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance. He is a Chair of a board of Trustees for a charity and the lead governor for safeguarding and health & safety on another school governing board.

Mr Adam PETTITT (Acting chair of governors) 

Adam Pettitt has been Head of Highgate School since 2006. He studied French and German at university and began his teaching career at Eton College. He was subsequently Head of German at Oundle School and Head of Modern Languages at Abingdon School. In 1998 he was appointed as Deputy Head at Norwich School. Highgate School leads the Chrysalis Programme which has created partnerships with over forty maintained schools in Haringey, Camden, Brent and Islington, providing a wide range of support.

Andrew Webster was appointed as the headteacher of Park View School in September 2014. He has extensive experience in school senior leadership and governance across a range of Schools, including 5 years as deputy headteacher at Elizabeth Garrett Anderson School in Islington. 
 
Andrew is originally a musician by training and graduated from Leeds College of Music in 1999 with a BA (Hons) in Jazz Studies. Andrew is also a classically trained flautist and has been studying musical instruments since the age of 8. He is a keen practitioner of the Korean martial art, Taekwon-do. 
 
Since the year 2000 Andrew has worked as a teacher, head of department, senior leader and school inspector in inner-London Schools and he is committed to raising the standards in education, particularly for the most disadvantaged. He is an advocate of high-quality inclusive education for all.

He was on the founding Governing Body at LAE Stratford and is keen on using this knowledge to support the development of LAE Tottenham.

He is currently the Chair of the Education and Standards Committee at LAE Tottenham.
